Part of the Advanced Culinary Arts Class requirement is to prepare, take and pass the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam. This exam is nationally recognized and provided by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF)
In this section you will find materials to help you study for the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam.
This is a very difficult exam and you need a score of 75% or higher to pass. If you pass, you will be provided with a certificate that is valid for 5 years and will benefit you in many jobs in the field of Hospitality and Tourism in any of the 50 United States. Students that have passed this test and secure a job in the field of Hospitality and Tourism, begin earning more money than others that have not passed the exam.
I recommend you over prepare to take this exam because the NRAEF has an extensive test bank of questions they pull from and no two exams are alike. It is a secured exam and you will be required to meet certain criteria in order to take the examination. It is also a very costly exam and if you take it and fail it, you may be held accountable for the cost of the exam.
